Two Printing Orientations
Screen printing machines come in two primary configurations: flat (horizontal) and vertical. Each suits different substrates and workflows.
Flat Screen Printing
Flat machines print onto a horizontal table, ideal for panels, glass sheets, nameplates and thin flat materials. Vacuum-assisted tables hold substrates firmly for precise registration.
Vertical Screen Printing
Vertical machines print onto workpieces held upright, suited for thicker parts, cylinders and applications requiring a different loading orientation.
Making the Choice
Choose flat for thin or planar workpieces and vertical for bulky or cylindrical items. Both are available in 30x50 and 40x60 print areas with vacuum and non-vacuum variants.
